How does a return process work?
If you would like to return a product, please contact our support via our contact form. Our team will provide you with all the necessary information and make the return process as easy as possible. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your message.

If, contrary to expectations, a production error occurs, we ask you to contact our support directly. Our team will find a solution for you quickly and easily. Please send us a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the error so that we can help you quickly.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured with great care in Turkey and finished in Bavaria, Germany. We combine high-quality materials with precise local processing to offer you products of the highest quality.
When are returns processed?
After we receive your return request via email, we process returns one by one, chronologically as they are received. We do our best to inspect and complete your return as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 business days.
